Program Overview
Northeastern University's MS in Taxation (MST) program was designed with the working professional in mind. You will be able to enhance your understanding and analysis of complex tax statutes, tax regulations, related cases and rulings, and the Internal Revenue Code with our program. Completing the MST at Northeastern will also help you expand your professional network by connecting with other tax professionals in our alumni and corporate communities.
Practical and Relevant Curriculum
You will be able to acquire thorough and current knowledge of the laws, regulations and other authority, concepts and practices of the discipline through the online MST. The curriculum is updated regularly, and incorporates current tax legislation and trends. Tax research and writing is a required element of every course. MST faculty are scholars who bring real world client experiences to the classroom, and students enrolled generally have 1-3 years of professional tax experience.
